Chile Ahoy!

The captain of the USS Enterprise, the largest nuclear-powered aircraft carrier in the world, wanted to send eight of his culinary crew members, including ship's the executive chef, to Santa Fe for two weeks of intensive classes on Southwestern cooking. Could such a thing be arranged?

"Well, I've had my share of strange requests over the years," said Curtis Ammerman with a grin, "but that one was in a league of its own."
