A former Santa Fe police detective already accused of trying to lure a teen for sex over the Internet allegedly broke into a woman's dormitory room a year ago and stalked another woman earlier this year, according to a grand-jury indictment released Wednesday.
In addition to the burglary and stalking charges, a Santa Fe grand jury Wednesday indicted Danny Valdez, 40, for child solicitation by computer, four counts of attempted criminal sexual penetration, attempted tampering with evidence and driving with a suspended license, according to a news release from the state Attorney General's Office, which is handling the case.See the full content of this document
