The tinkling of glasses, a room full of bright red poinsettias, and the murmur of many happy voices are clues that the annual Realtor of the Year dinner is upon us. This year the event was held at Bishop's Lodge and for many of our members the party signals the start of the holiday season. The dinner is an opportunity to celebrate those in the Realtor family whose work reflects the ideals of the real-estate community.
The Santa Fe Association of Realtors (SFAR) has been honoring local Realtors and affiliate members since 1968 with awards for Realtor of the Year, Lifetime Achievement, Rookie of the Year, and Volunteer of the Year, among others. Each year, the Realtor of the Year is nominated for upholding and exemplifying the Realtor Code of Ethics, demonstrating a high level of professionalism, actively participating in the Realtor Association at the local, state and/or national level, and serving the community through volunteerism.See the full content of this document
