For the second time in three months, prosecutors found no evidence to charge a 22-year-old man arrested during the annual Christmas Eve Farolito Walk on Canyon Road.
City police officer Scott Waite arrested Nathan Masse at that time for disorderly conduct, but a city prosecutor dismissed the charge from Municipal Court in March because Masse's actions didn't conform to the disorderly conduct statute. A few weeks later, Waite refiled the disorderly conduct charge and added another count of resisting arrest against Masse in Santa Fe County Magistrate Court.See the full content of this document
