LAS VEGAS, N.M. -- Tom Duke knows what quality volleyball is. And he knows what it takes to win. In the 2005 season, Duke hopes to bring these two intangibles together and lead the New Mexico Highlands University volleyball team to the national tournament.

"I'm not a yeller or a screamer," says Duke who was the 1988 national player of the year while playing for the University of Southern California. "I just teach my players how to play the right way. I teach them not to panic and make the game fun."
