Think of CO danger while winterizing
Carbon monoxide gas may become trapped inside our homes as we weather-proof for the winter. CO results from incomplete combustion of a fuel, such as natural gas, oil, propane, etc. The usual culprits are appliances, such as the oven, water heater or furnace. It is especially a problem for older appliances, as they corrode with use. Or it may be that the appliance was installed incorrectly.
