As administrators and supporters of a Santa Fe substance-abuse- treatment program scramble to raise funds that will keep it open, another government agency is looking into whether it was erroneously billed by the program.
The 32-year-old Recovery from Addictions Program, known to the community as RAP, learned Monday that its funding from the state Health Department had been suspended. A contractor for the state agency said RAP submitted bogus invoices and did not keep proper records over the last two years.See the full content of this document
