Our favorites are places that offer tasty food for Mom and Dad, reasonably priced kiddie options, a few needed distractions and minimal waiting time -- no longer than 20 minutes -- because, as any parent will attest, having a meal with a little one already pushing into nap time can feel like caging a wild hyena.
