We're not going to race to the defense of public-school teachers and administrators in the wake of news that so many schools failed to score even minimal federal levels of improvement during the latest round of standardized testing.
But neither are we going to harp on them for so many of their students' inability to mark the right slot in the multiple-choice test sheets; papers that serve as politicians' evidence that teachers aren't drilling the right stuff, or enough of it, into our little darlings' heads.See the full content of this document
