It is significant that the Governor Bill Richardson and the State Attorney General, Gary King, have both seen fit to take a position of support for the Public Service Company of New Mexico rate case, in recent days.
I am pleased that these two important political figures have indicated the need to support PNM in its effort to secure a fair rate of return in order to ensure it's viability into the future.
