Summary
The Santa Fe United U13 boys soccer team finished the fall season of Duke City League play with an 8-0 record. Playing in the Silver Division of the Gaylord-Sheppard Tournament Nov. 8 and 9 in Bernalillo, the team lost its first game of the season in a close 1- 0 contest. United's two shutout wins before the loss put it in the championship game to play the FC Wolves again. This time the game was even closer. The game ended tied, but after two overtime periods was decided on a penalty kick in favor of the FC Wolves.
The team is organized under the Northern Soccer Club in Santa Fe and is made up of players ages 12-13 attending middle schools across Santa Fe.See the full content of this document
